AdBlue Pump
Low noise, the metering pump has a built-in heating function, which automatically activates the heating feature when the temperature reaches a certain value.
"The era of catalytic exhaust aftertreatment,
the era of urea."
Working Principle of AdBlue Pump
The urea pump is the core component of the SCR system's fluid supply end, providing the function of delivering urea solution from the urea tank to the urea supply rail.
Through the pressure sensor, the system working pressure is fed back to the DCU, which adjusts the speed of the brushless diaphragm pump according to real-time pipeline pressure to control fluid supply.
When the vehicle stops working, the urea pump assembly draws the urea solution in the supply pipeline back to the urea tank, preventing the urea solution from cracking the supply pipeline under low temperature conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
AdBlue pump is a device used to dispense AdBlue, a solution of urea and deionized water. It's crucial for modern diesel engines with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide emissions and meet strict environmental standards.
To use an AdBlue pump, locate the AdBlue tank in your vehicle (usually near the fuel tank), remove the cap, insert the nozzle from the AdBlue pump, and fill the tank. Be careful not to overfill or spill, as AdBlue can be corrosive. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidelines for AdBlue refilling.
The price of AdBlue at the pump can vary depending on location and supplier. Generally, it ranges from $0.50 to $1.50 per liter. Buying in bulk or at dedicated AdBlue pumps at truck stops is often cheaper than purchasing small containers at retail stores.
An AdBlue pump works by accurately dispensing AdBlue solution into a vehicle's SCR system. It typically includes a storage tank, a pumping mechanism, and a dispensing nozzle. The pump ensures precise delivery of AdBlue, which is then injected into the exhaust system to convert harmful NOx emissions into harmless nitrogen and water vapor.
Yes, you can buy AdBlue at many fuel stations, especially those catering to commercial vehicles and trucks. Many service stations now have dedicated AdBlue pumps alongside regular fuel pumps. This allows for convenient refilling during regular fuel stops, particularly beneficial for vehicles with high AdBlue consumption.
